Although our waitress was a bad one, who didn't even believe that it was Emily's birthday, I still enjoyed a delightful lunch at The Cheesecake Factory with my dear Emily on Wednesday for her birthday. I ordered the Louisiana Chicken Pasta which we had ordered the last time we went here. Delicious as always. I believe it's the best thing there. Afterward, we took camwhored on a nearby bench which was tons of fun. The lighting was perfect. Hope you enjoyed a few of the many photos!

the other day

Had the liberty to go eat sushi with Emily. Can you believe it's her first time? Apparently in Argentina, the adults always teach the kids to cook the fish really well before eating it. And raw fish is not good or something along those lines. It's a good thing that she liked it though. She said she was so surprised by the taste. Haha, but then if it wasn't good why would so many people like eating sashimi? I then took her to try tempura ice cream at another Japanese place. She said she would only eat a little but we ended up sharing it 50/50.

Except for a couple, all my friends are leaving me for college this week. But before they left, I got the chance to see them and have a homemade meal with two of them. We went grocery shopping together and bumped into her sister and a teacher at our old school. We made spagehtti, carrot soup, thai iced tea and sauteed bell peppers. I even had two platefuls ha. ALSO wearing Morange by MAC for the first time. Can you tell?

can't get enough

A teeny tiny highlight of my life in the city starts now:

I can't help myself. I always find myself reminiscing about the middle, not to mention the highlight, of my summer in the year 2011. It's become a past time and it's not healthy. Every time I look at pictures with my friends (none pictured) I just feel like crying. Every time I look at pictures of the food, I feel like eating it. Every time I look at pictures of scenery, I feel like going. Every single picture I took back in Hong Kong this summer has a greater meaning than any picture I have taken before. Each photograph has captured a memorable moment.
This is what I believe photojournalism/photoblogging is. And I am proud to have taken pictures that hold such great meaning but I must say it's somewhat of a bittersweet feeling.

Shoe Addiction (001)

I've been wanting the black pair for a while now and I just happened to spot the pink pair. I think I'm going to end up purchasing both pairs of heels. I know they're similar styles and all but it's not the same... you girls out there should know what I'm talking about.

星光大道. I've been wanting to come here for a long time now. It's one of the many tourist spots in Hong Kong. This one is located in Tsim Sha Tsui. We arrived in the evening to see the day view and we came back later to see the night view after dinner at Ichiban Sushi. There, I tried mango + salmon combo for the first time. It was amazingly orgasmic! It's a new favorite of mine now.
